Billing

Overview

At Brender Cloud, Billing is handled seamlessly through Stripe, a robust and secure payment platform. All transactions are processed through Stripe, ensuring that your sensitive payment information is never stored on our servers.

We offer three subscription plans, each with a per-second pricing model. Charges are calculated based on the total render execution time. Render analysis jobs are completely free and are not charged.

Subscriptions are billed monthly, and if you don’t use any render time during the month, you won’t incur any charges.

Billing Overview

Subscription Status

Your subscription may be in one of the following statuses:

StatusDescription
ActiveYour subscription is active, and billing is processed normally.
IncompleteYour subscription is pending activation or confirmation.

⚠️

If your subscription is in the Unpaid status, please update your payment details promptly to avoid any service interruptions.

How Billing Works

  • Usage-Based Charges:
Renders are billed per second of execution time. (Render analysis jobs are free.)

  • Subscription Plans:
Choose from one of our three plans, each offering a different rate and capacity:

    • Basic: Ideal for personal and hobby projects.
    • Pro: Designed for professionals needing more power.
    • Studio: Optimized for studios and teams.
  • Monthly Billing Cycle:
Your subscription renews monthly. If you don’t use render time during a month, you won’t be charged.

  • Notifications:
The studio administrator will receive email notifications regarding upcoming payments, payment failures, and other billing-related issues.
