Cancel Subscription

If you need to cancel your subscription, Brender Cloud makes the process quick and hassle-free. Follow these steps to cancel your subscription:

  1. Navigate to the Billing Page:
    Go to your Billing dashboard in Brender Cloud.

  2. Access the Manage Subscription Portal:
    Click on the Manage Subscription/Upgrade Plan button to be redirected to the customer portal powered by Stripe.

  3. Initiate Cancellation:
    In the customer portal, look for the cancellation option. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your cancellation.

  4. Confirmation and Final Billing:

    • Your subscription will be canceled immediately.
    • Accumulated charges up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.
    • You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.
    • No further charges will be applied after the current cycle (though any usage during the cycle will be billed accordingly).
