Cancel Subscription
If you need to cancel your subscription, Brender Cloud makes the process quick and hassle-free. Follow these steps to cancel your subscription:

Navigate to the Billing Page:
Go to your Billing dashboard in Brender Cloud. -
Access the Manage Subscription Portal:
Click on the Manage Subscription/Upgrade Plan button to be redirected to the customer portal powered by Stripe. -
Initiate Cancellation:
In the customer portal, look for the cancellation option. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your cancellation. -
Confirmation and Final Billing:
- Your subscription will be canceled immediately.
- Accumulated charges up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.
- No further charges will be applied after the current cycle (though any usage during the cycle will be billed accordingly).
