The Usage page provides a comprehensive overview of your studio’s render activity and spending. This dashboard is designed to help you monitor usage, analyze costs, and optimize your workflow.

Dashboard Overview

  • Interactive Charts:
    The page features dynamic bar and line charts that visualize your studio’s render usage and expenses over time.

    • Time Filters:
      Easily filter data by week, month, or year.
    • Plan Comparison:
      If your subscription plan changes during different periods, the charts display expenses according to the applicable plan rates.
  • Detailed Usage Table:
    Below the charts, you will find a table that lists your most recent render jobs with key details:

Table Columns Explained:

ColumnDescription
Job TypeThe category of the render job (e.g., Animation, Still).
Plan TypeThe subscription plan under which the job was processed.
ProjectThe name of the project associated with the render.
FileThe file or location of the rendered output.
Started At / Finished AtTimestamps for when the render started and finished.
Total Execution TimeThe duration of the render process.
Nº ServersThe number of servers utilized for the render.
StatusThe outcome of the job (e.g., SUCCEED, FAILED).
CostThe total cost incurred for the render job.

Regularly reviewing your usage and expenses will help you optimize your subscription and ensure you are making the most of your Brender Cloud resources.

How to Use This Dashboard

  1. Select a Time Frame:
    Use the filter options to view data by week, month, or year.

  2. Analyze Your Usage:
    Examine the interactive charts to understand trends in your render activity and spending.

  3. Review Job Details:
    Scroll down to the detailed table to inspect individual render jobs, including cost breakdowns and performance metrics.

By keeping track of your usage and expenses, you can make informed decisions about scaling your studio operations and selecting the best subscription plan for your needs.
